Terms of service
These terms govern your use of voleebeauty.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them. Last updated July 2026.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are browsing from and include applicable taxes where the law requires it. Shipping is added at checkout. Prices can change at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.
5. What our products are, and what they are not
The Pink Balm is a cosmetic product for external use only. It is designed to hydrate, to make skin look visibly plumper and to give an immediate glow. It is not a medicine, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Keep it away from the eyes and out of reach of children. Do not use it on broken, irritated or sunburned skin. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, patch-test on your inner arm first. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under a dermatologist's care, ask them before adding anything new to your routine.
Results shown in photographs and customer videos are individual experiences and are not a promise of the same outcome for everybody.
6. Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy and refunds by our Return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Reviews and customer content
If you post a review, photo or video, you confirm it is your own honest experience, and you give us permission to display and reuse it in our marketing with attribution to the name or handle you provided.
8. Intellectual property
The Volée name, logo, product photography, copy and site design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, resell our products without authorisation, or use the store for anything unlawful.
10. Liability
We are responsible for supplying a product that matches its description and is of acceptable quality. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
