Where we ship

United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship anywhere else yet.

Processing time

Orders placed on a business day are handed to fulfilment within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out on the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.

Delivery time

Standard Insured Shipping arrives in 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, tracked door to door. That is a typical window rather than a guarantee: carriers, customs and weather occasionally take longer, and we will always help you chase a slow parcel.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, in every country we deliver to. No minimum, no threshold to hit — the cost is on us.

Taxes and duties

Any sales tax or GST due is calculated and shown at checkout. Where an import duty or handling fee applies to a parcel, it is charged by the destination country and is the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. If your parcel has not moved for 10 business days, or has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, email hello@voleebeauty.com. We open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you.

Addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it before dispatch.

Split shipments

Multi-unit orders occasionally travel in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. You are never charged twice.
